Enrollment:
Saint Andrew’s Preschool is licensed by the State of California and meets the standards set by the Episcopal Church Division of Schools.

Our school year follows the San Bruno Parks School District calendar and we are open all year round.
Admissions Agreement
St. Andrew’s Preschool is open year-round to provide continuous learning and care for our students.
Â
Registration for the 2026–2027 school year is accepted throughout the year, based on availability. If a class is full, your child’s name will be added to our waitlist and families will be contacted as openings become available.

Tuition:
Tuition is paid monthly and is due on the first of each month. A registration fee ($150) and materials fee ($175) are required at the time of enrollment. Material fees are due annually on your child’s anniversary.

A $25 service charge will be applied to any outstanding balance after the fifth day of the month. Payments may be made by check or through our ProCare app, where you can link your preferred payment method.

We encourage families to use automatic payments (ACH) for convenience. Credit and debit cards are also accepted; however, these payments are subject to a 4% processing fee.

A $25 service charge will be applied to any returned checks or ACH payments. If more than one person is responsible for tuition, each party is jointly responsible for the total amount due.

Registration, Material and Summer Fee: There is a $150.00 registration fee plus $175 material fee (non-refundable).

Discount: Discounts of 15% are offered to Saint Andrew's Church members and siblings get a 10% discount when attending full time.Â

Schedule Changes:Parents must fill out a schedule change form for any changes or let the Director know. The Director will try her best to accommodate your family’s needs but can't guarantee accommodation due to our ratio and staffing.Â

Absences: Parents should call or message the school through Procare if absent and state why they will miss school. There is no refund, credit, or make-up day for your child missing school.Â

Withdrawal: It is understood that students are enrolled for the entire academic school year. There is a 30 day notice for all departures.Â

Late pickup: Saint Andrew's Preschool is open from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm. Please call or message us through Procare if you will be late. The charge for children staying five minutes past their scheduled dismissal time is $1.00 per minute.Â

Services:Â We offer music classes with Mrs. Mandy every Thursday, we also enjoy monthly visits from our librarian and children get to participate in Chapel with Vicar David.Â

Security: Each family has a code that will let them in the front door. Each family member that drops off and picks up has their code to sign that child in or out. Make sure your child is dropped off with a teacher and never left alone in the hallway. People on the Emergency Information Forms are only allowed to pick up children unless the parent has made arrangements with the Director. All information (address, phone, custody, medical, etc.) must be updated using our Information change form.Â

Parking Lot: Please use caution in the parking lot. Children should never run free in the parking lot. Children should never be left unattended in the car. Children should hold an adult's hand when leaving school and walking in the parking lot. Please do not park in front of the school doors. Always park in a designated parking space.

 Classes: Classes start at 9:00 am. Please have your child here on time. Please arrive 15 minutes earlier if your child has a hard time at transition at 9:00 am.

Illness: Children must stay home if they have any symptoms: fever of 100.4 degrees, green runny nose, cough with mucus secretion, rash or skin infection, eye discharge, and diarrhea. If a child gets sick at school, you will be called and asked to pick them up as soon as possible. Your child may not return to school until free from all symptoms for two days without medication.Â

Medication: The staff will administer medicines with written instructions from your child's doctor. Please bring the medication in its original container. Parents must complete the medication form before a staff member administers the medication. Early Care teachers or the Director should be given medication to be locked or put inside the refrigerator. Children must not bring medication in their tote bags.

Licensing: Licensing can interview children or staff without prior consent. Saint Andrew's Preschool shall ensure that provisions are made for private interviews with children or staff members. The Department can inspect, audit, and copy child or child care center records upon demand during regular business hours. Saint Andrew's Preschool shall ensure that provisions are made to examine all the childcare center's operation documents.

Parent Hand Book: All families will receive a copy of our Parent Hand Book at registration time. The parent handbook will further detail our program goals and daily operations. A signed form will be returned to the center to ensure it is received and reviewed. All families will receive a signed copy of this Admission Agreement, too.
